GDP-α-D-甘露糖二钠是甘露糖转移酶的供体底物和GDP-β-L-岩藻糖的前体。GDP-α-D-甘露糖二钠对GTP(Ki 14.7μM)具有竞争性抑制作用,对甘露糖-1-P(Ki 115μM)具有非竞争性抑制作用[1]。
