• 体外研究: MIF098(0-10μM,48小时)通过阻断迁移抑制因子(MIF)途径,以浓度依赖性方式抑制mPASMC细胞增殖和迁移[1]。MIF098通过抑制TGFβ1/Smad2/3途径减少胶原合成和肺动脉纤维化[1]。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系：小鼠肺动脉平滑肌细胞(MPASMC)浓度：0-10μM孵育时间：48小时结果：PDGF-BB中细胞周期相关蛋白如cyclin D1、CDK4和CDK6的表达减少,细胞周期阻滞蛋白如P53和P21的表达增加。TGFβ,以及Smad2和Smad3的II型胶原(col II)表达和磷酸化。
• 体内研究: MIF098(腹腔注射,40mg/kg,每天一次,4周)可减轻C57BL/6J小鼠缺氧诱导的肺动脉高压[1]。动物模型：缺氧雄性C57BL/6J小鼠[1]剂量：40mg/kg给药：腹腔注射；一天一次；4周结果：右心室收缩压(RVSP)、内侧壁厚度百分比、肌层化和右心室胶原沉积降低。肺动脉(PA)中胶原纤维百分比降低。
