体外研究	罗丹明800在各种有机溶剂和可见光和近红外区域的水溶液中具有不同的光学吸收光谱。丙酮中683nm处的最大吸收在DMSO中转变为696nm而没有整体光谱分布的显着变化。罗丹明800的荧光强度随溶剂的变化而显着变化,当溶剂从丙酮变为水而没有发射峰的显着变化时,罗丹明800的荧光强度降低至不到五分之一[1]。
激酶实验	将罗丹明800（Rh800）和吲哚菁绿（ICG）溶解在PBS中，并将它们的浓度设定为40nM。向3mL罗丹明800溶液（40nM / PBS）中加入100μLp-sulfonatocalix [n]芳烃（S [n]）（1mM）。在搅拌下向该溶液中加入微升等分的乙酰胆碱（ACh）（350mM）。搅拌2分钟后，测量荧光光谱。对于其他神经递质，氨基酸，氯化铵和胆碱的竞争性荧光团置换，应用与上述方法类似的程序[2]。
