| 体内研究 | NS-8(静脉注射或十二指肠内给药,3 mg/kg和10 mg/kg)通过抑制大鼠的传入骨盆神经活动来抑制大鼠排尿反射[1]。动物模型:大鼠[1]剂量:1、3和10 mg/kg给药:十二指肠内给药,静脉注射结果:十二指管内给药:增加膀胱容量,但不影响MBCP(膀胱收缩压力)。静脉注射:以剂量依赖性方式抑制IVBC(等容膀胱收缩),但不影响振幅。抑制盆腔传入放电频率的增加,抑制膀胱内压力的增加。 |
