• 体外研究: 醋酸兰诺肽(BIM 23014 acetate)(24-48小时；100 nM；GH3细胞)结合辐射增加凋亡亚G1比例[1]。醋酸兰诺肽导致GH3细胞集落形成单位的剂量依赖性下降。1、10、100和1000纳米剂量的醋酸兰诺肽可使细胞存活率分别达到75%、56%、39%和27%。IC50(50%抑制细胞生长)为57 nM[1]。醋酸兰诺肽抑制垂体腺瘤生长激素分泌细胞增殖和激素释放[2]。
• 体内研究: 醋酸兰诺肽(2.5-10mg/kg；s.c.；每日5天)对肿瘤生长抑制作用的研究[1]。动物模型：雄性裸鼠,8周龄,体重20-25 g(GH3荷瘤裸鼠)[1]剂量：2.5、5、10 mg/kg给药：皮下；每日5天结果：产生肿瘤生长抑制。
