Anhydroerythromycin A用途脱水红霉素A是大环内酯类抗生素红霉素的降解产物。酸酐红霉素A是红霉素在酸性水溶液中降解而成的。脱水红霉素A在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌具有活性(MIC分别为12.5和6.25μg/ml)。脱水红霉素A还抑制人肝微粒体中与细胞色素P450(CYP)异构体CYP3A相关的甾体6β-羟化酶活性。 |
