体外研究 AZD5462(示例1)显示了EC50分别为17 nM和50 nM时对cAMP或cGMP生产的刺激活性[1]。AZD5462结合人血浆蛋白,未结合(游离)率为4.3%,Clint值为23μL/min/mg(人虱微粒体)、4.8μL/min/106细胞(人肝细胞)和11μL/min/106细胞(大鼠肝细胞)时表现出稳定性[1]。AZD5462以6.3 nM的EC50值增强ERK的磷酸化[1]。
