| 体外研究 | 纤维蛋白肽B,人通过凝血酶从纤维蛋白原的B 3链的氨基末端释放。纤维蛋白肽B,人(hFpB,10nM)引起中性粒细胞(PMN)和成纤维细胞的定向细胞迁移。纤维蛋白肽B,人也具有相对于人补体(C5a),白三烯B4(LTB4)和甲酰基-甲硫酰基亮氨酰-苯丙氨酸(fMLP)的强效趋化活性,并且对于成纤维细胞,其趋化活性与血小板衍生生长因子的趋化活性相当。然而,纤维蛋白肽B,人类对单核细胞不具有趋化性,并且与C5a,LTB4或fMLP的PMN受体没有相互作用[1]。 |
