体外研究	马鞭草糖(25,50,100,200,400μg/mL；12、24、36、48小时)显著提高RAW264.7细胞的生存能力[1]。马鞭草糖具有显著的促进腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的活性,且呈剂量依赖性,在浓度为200μg/mL时表现出最大的细胞吞噬活性[1]。马鞭草糖诱导NO产生显著增加。马鞭草糖能增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力,促进一氧化氮和免疫反应分子如白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1β、干扰素(IFN)-α和IFN-γ的释放[1]。
体内研究	马巴斯基糖(30、90、120毫克/千克/天；sc；在免疫抑制雌性昆明小鼠的迟发性超敏反应(DTH)中,中等剂量90 mg/kg体重可显著增加脾脏指数、脾脏和血清溶菌酶活性、血清溶血素水平和耳垂肿胀率[1]。
