• 体内研究: MK-0941游离碱(3或10mg/kg,单次口服剂量)治疗可显著降低db/db糖尿病小鼠的血糖[1]。动物模型：雄性db/db和db/+(瘦)小鼠(9-10周龄,体重43-45g)[1]。剂量：3或10mg/kg。给药：口服灌胃,单剂量。结果：血糖显著降低。这两个剂量在给药后1小时同样降低血糖,表明接近效应的饱和度。
