磷酸葡萄糖异构酶（PGI）是在糖酵解的第二步中对D-葡萄糖-6-磷酸和D-果糖-6-磷酸的相互转化具有重要作用的一种酶。PGI负责糖酵解的第二步并参与到了葡萄糖的生成。它在细菌和真核生物中高度保守。它可用于将果糖转化为葡萄糖的糖测定中。
