谷氨酰胺酶 来源于大肠杆菌用途谷氨酰胺酶是一种酰胺水解酶。它在N端具有催化结构域,而C端延伸具有STAS结构域。与谷氨酰胺类似物阿西维奇一起可调节癌细胞的增殖和侵袭性。通过降低肿瘤负担,细菌谷氨酰胺酶与癌症患者的寿命延长相关。谷氨酰胺酶可催化谷氨酰胺向谷氨酸的转化。 |
