磷脂酶 C 来源于蜡样芽胞杆菌用途磷脂酶C（PLC）可用于研究肾上腺素能受体介导的跨膜信号传导。它可用于降解含肌醇的磷脂。来自芽孢杆菌的磷脂酶C，产品P6621，已用于研究flhF是如何影响PLC和其他分泌性毒力因子的输出。磷脂酶C可由凝血酶和血小板活化因子诱导形成1,2-二酰基甘油和磷脂酸。PLC可水解磷脂酰胆碱和其他甘油磷脂上的磷酸键，产生二酰基甘油；这种酶还可水解鞘磷脂、心磷脂、胆碱缩醛磷脂和神经酰胺磷脂的磷酸键。水解磷脂酰胆碱和其他甘油磷脂的磷酸键生成甘油二酯；该酶也可水解鞘磷脂、心磷脂、胆碱缩醛磷脂以及神经酰胺磷脂的磷酸键。 |
