5'-核苷酸酶是一种对底物特异性不高的水解酶,可作用于多种核苷酸。由2个相同的亚单位组成,每个亚单位的分子量均为70kD,在细胞膜表面外部有疏水基和1个酶催化活性中心。广泛存在于人体肝脏和各种组织中,定位于细胞膜上,在肝内主要存在于胆小管和窦状隙膜内。
