Abstract

Benzamide derivatives as radiotracers have played an important role in diagnosing malfunction in dopaminergic neurotransmission. A variety of halogenated and two unsubstituted benzamide derivatives were synthesised and their in vitro affinities to dopaminergic, serotonergic and adrenergic receptors and their lipophilicities were determined.
