Abstract

The isomeric monomethyl ether derivatives of (RS)-9, 10-dihydroxyaporphine (“isoapomorphine”) were synthesized unequivocally as possible metabolites in catechol-0- methyltransferase (COMT) mediated 0-methylation reactions.
