Abstract

Chiral boronates represent highly versatile building blocks in organic synthesis,[1] since carbon–boron bonds can be readily converted into CÀO, CÀN, and CÀC bonds in a stereospecific manner.[2] Therefore, enantioselective routes to these compounds are of great value.
