Abstract

Abstract Tri (amino) silanes were prepared by the condensation of trichlorosilane with secondary amines in 1: 6 molar ratio. Reactions of trichlorosilane with pyrrolidine, piperidine, hexamethyleneimine, morpholine, N-methylpiperazine and diethylamine afford the tri (amino) silanes in nearly quantitative yields.
