In Vivo | Duoperone blocks d-amphetamine lethality in mice under aggregated conditions when the pretreatment interval is between one hour and seven days. ABR-6646 produces catalepsy in rats. The onset of this effect is delayed and the duration is prolonged when compared with that of chlorpromazine. Apomorphine-induced pivoting in mice with unilateral lesions of the caudate nucleus is suppressed by ARR-6646[1]. |
