In Vivo	SS-208 (25 mg/kg, ip) significantly reduces the tumor growth in melanoma murine model[1]. Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice injected immunogenic murine SM1 melanoma cells subcutaneously[1]. Dosage: 25 mg/kg. Administration: IP on day 4, 7, 12, 15 and 18. Result: Significantly reduced the tumor growth.
