In Vivo	JC2-11 (250 μg/鼠；腹腔注射；单剂量) 显著抑制了 C57BL/6 小鼠模型中非典型 (NC) 炎症小体中 caspase-1 (p20) 和 IL-1β 的释放，弱化了 NC 炎症小体的激活[1]。 Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice (8 weeks, female)[1]. Dosage: 250 μg/mouse. Administration: Intraperitoneal injection; single dose. Result: Exhibited inhibitory effect on NC inflammatory body.
