In Vitro	D-threo-PDMP 预处理肝细胞可消除 TNF-α（280 ng/mL）对糖磷脂水平的刺激并增强神经酰胺的产生[1]。 D-threo-PDMP（20μM，48小时）明显刺激系膜肾小球系膜细胞（GMC）的增殖，这些增殖被外源神经节苷脂混合物（0.1-0.2 mg/mL）或 GM3（20-100 μM）以剂量依赖的方式明显减弱。它还诱发了神经节苷脂表达的明显减少[2]。
