Epetraborole hydrochloride is a bacteriostatic compound that can against a wide range of anaerobic and Gram-negative bacteria, including multidrug-resistant pathogens, such as extended-spectrum-β-lactamase-, metallo-β-lactamase-, and carbapenemase-producing organism. |
