Use of 5,5'-Dinitro BAPTA AM5,5'-Dinitro BAPTA AM is a membrane-permeant, high-affinity calcium chelator, it can be used for investigation of the role of cytosolic Ca2+. 5,5'-Dinitro BAPTA AM can be loaded by incubation into live cells, and is cleaved by cytosolic esterases to liberate the active tetra-carboxylate ligand[1]. |
