This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs). 碱性磷酸酶活性测定[1]: 1. 将测试样品 (10 mg) 与 Lumigen APS-5 (100 μL) 混合,并在最高设置下旋转 10 秒。对照组加入 10 μL 蒸馏水。 2. 混合样品在 75℃ 水浴中热处理 1 分钟以灭活非细菌 ALP。热处理后,样品放置在 96 孔板中立即测量。用光度计测定 ALP 的活性。
