Use of DNA-PK-IN-6DNA-PK-IN-6 is a potent inhibitor of DNA-PK. DNA-PK-IN-6 inhibits DNA-PKcs activity, thus greatly reducing tumor DNA repair and inducing cells to enter the apoptotic program.
