In Vitro Oleana-2,12-dien-28-oic acid (4-100 μg/mL; 7 d) shows the inhibition on hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) secreted by HepG2.2.15 cells[1]. Oleana-2,12-dien-28-oic acid (4-100 μg/mL; 7 d) inhibits the replication of hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid (HBV-DNA) of HepG2.2.15 cells[1].
