Oleana-2,12-dien-28-oic acid (4-100 μg/mL; 7 d) shows the inhibition on hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) secreted by HepG2.2.15 cells[1]. Oleana-2,12-dien-28-oic acid (4-100 μg/mL; 7 d) inhibits the replication of hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid (HBV-DNA) of HepG2.2.15 cells[1]. Cell Viability Assay[1] Cell Line: HepG2 .2 .15 cells Concentration: 4, 20, 100 μg/mL Incubation Time: 7 days Result: Inhibited hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) of 60.5%, 69.8%, and 85.3% at 4, 20, and 100 μg/mL, respectively. Inhibited hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) of 45.1%, 60.5%, and 76.9% at 4, 20, and 100 μg/mL, respectively.
