[18F] Modified Sigma-2 Radioligand 1 for visualization of tumors in micro-PET/CT imaging, exhibiting high tumor uptake and tumor-to-background ratio. Experiments show that Sigma-2 Radioligand 1 binds highly specifically in U87MG glioma xenografts[1]. |
