Abstract
Indole derivatives are one of the most important and commonly found heterocyclic motifs in both pharmaceuticals and natural products, 1 since indole can be considered as a commonly used starting material for further alkaloid synthesis if suitable synthetic methodology can be developed from this parent skeleton. 2 The Pd-catalyzed arylation of indole is a quite hot research area in recent years.
