Abstract
A series of new N-alkyl-S, S-dimethyliminosulfonium and N-aralkyl-S, S- dimethyliminosulfonium salts (chlorides and picrates) has been prepared and characterized from alkyl-and aralkylamines, respectively, and dimethyl sulfide “activated” by N- chlorosuccinimide or N-chlorobenzotriazole.
