Abstract

17 11 in which ring D of the ergoline system is lacking, were reported previously by Stoll and Petrzilka13 and by Harris and Uhle. 14 However, an evaluation of the dopamine agonist properties of these compounds has not been available. We prepared this class by a new route, as shown in Scheme I.
