Abstract

Formation of the beta series is explained has given two crystalline isomers, designated a- and 8-norconidendrin (111). same structural configuration, while the beta compounds are sterically identical. by an inversion at the carbon atom adjacent to the carbonyl group. Derivatives of the norconidendrins are reported.
