Abstract
Taxol (I)] is an exceptionally promising cancer chemotherapeutic agent with an unusually broad spectrum of potent antileukemic and tumor-inhibiting activity. 2 Taxol is active in vivo against P-388, P-1534, and L-1210 mouse leukemias, B-16 melanocarcinoma, Lewis lung carcinoma, sarcoma 180, and CX-I colon, LX-I lung, and MX-I breast~ enographs.'-~ The bark
