Abstract

Context: Inhibition of pathological angiogenesis. Objective: Obtaining new transactivator, bifunctional, thyroid antagonist, non-toxic anti-angiogenic compounds. Materials and methods: In silico drug design, synthesis in bulk and biological evaluation in chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model.
