Abstract

2RHgX RR+ HgXz+ Hg (3) improve the catalytic cross-coupling reaction, we reasoned that we must employ organomercurials which neither contain a &hydrogen (in order to avoid P- hydride elimination) nor undergo facile rhodium-catalyzed dimerization.
