Results Chemistry. Reaction of (2)-1, 8-diamino-p-menthane (1) with epoxides 2 or 3 yielded mixtures from which the desired monosubstituted products were isolated; these obviously were mixtures of isomers (pair 4 and 5 and pair 6 and 7), but no suitable separation system could be found
