Abstract

Series of o-phenylcarbamoyl-and o-benzamido-phenoxymethyl tetrazoles and o- phenylcarbamoylphenoxyacetic acids have been synthesized. Anti-inflammatory activity was measured by the phenyl benzoquinone writhing test in mice and the rat foot carrageenan oedema test.
