【用途三】
硒是谷胱苷肽过氧化酶的组成部分,通过氧化作用维持细胞膜的功能,提高蛋白质的脂类性质的内源性抗氧化剂的产量。参与能量的转化,影响代谢,对脂肪的乳化、吸收和多种维生素的吸收起着极其重要的作用。同时还参与与辅酶A、辅酶Q的合成,影响其他生物酶系统的功能。对氨基酸的代谢、蛋白质的合成、糖类代谢、生物氧化都有影响。畜禽机体缺硒,会严重影响畜禽的生长发育和繁殖机能。

亚硒酸钠制备
1.硒与硝酸反应生成亚硒酸和二氧化氮,除去二氧化氮后,用氢氧化钠溶液中和,经加热浓缩、干燥研磨而得。
2.将五水亚硒酸钠Na2SeO3·5H2O用40℃左右的干燥空气使其风干即形成Na2SeO3。或者按完全中和的计量比,使氢氧化钠与亚硒酸的溶液混合,然后在60~100℃的温度下蒸发浓缩,此时即可形成无水亚硒酸钠的结晶。
3.由硒与硝酸生成氧化硒,再与氢氧化钠反应生成亚硒酸钠,经干燥、研磨而成。
4.按理论量将不含犆 犗 2- 3 离子的氢氧化钠溶液加到亚硒酸浓溶液中进行反应:
所得溶液在氯化钙真空干燥器内于室温下除去水分,并加入晶种使结晶析出,经抽滤后,于干燥器中干燥,即得亚硒酸钠水合物。将所得反应液于60~100℃下蒸发、结晶、脱水、干燥,即可得无水亚硒酸钠。
