香茅醇制备

1.(1)右旋和消旋香茅醇由精油中的香茅醛部分制造。从爪哇香草油蒸馏得到的右旋香茅醛,以兰尼镍催化剂接触氢化,转变为右旋香茅醇。同样,由柠檬桉油中的消旋香茅醛部分得消旋香茅醇。(2)由精油中的右旋或消旋香叶醇制造。从爪哇香茅油得到的香叶醉经催化氢化反应,然后分馏得到。选择兰尼钴作催化剂,可使2位双键氢化。(3)由合成的香叶醇和橙花醇的混合物经部分氢化得到;或由异丙醇用钡活化的亚格酸铜在180℃加压下反应生产。这种方法的产率为90%。(4)由光学活性的蒎烯制造左旋香茅醇。将α-或β-蒎烯氢化得(-)-顺蒎烷,热裂解转变为(+)-3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯,与三异丁基铝或二异丁基氢化铝作用,然后将所生成的醇铝氧化并水解,可以得到纯度为97%的香茅醇。
