对氯苯胺用途
用途2:氯苯胺可直接合成除虫脲,也可通过对氯苯基脲或对氯苯异氰酸酯来合成灭幼脲和除虫脲这两个品种,或通过2-氯-4-氨基苯酚来合成啶蜱脲,它还是除草剂莎稗磷和植物生长调节剂杀雄啉 (cintofen) 的中间体。此外,对氯苯胺也是染料、医药中间体,以及生产彩色电影胶片的成色剂。
用途3:氯苯胺是除草剂莎稗磷,杀虫剂灭幼脲和植物生长调节剂抗倒胺的中间体。
用途4:作偶氮染料及制造色酚AS-LB的中间体。也用作医药(如利眠宁、非那酊)、农药的中间体。还可用于生产彩色电影胶片的成色剂。目前,我国染料工业约消费对氯苯胺350t,其中色酚AS-LB约需对氯苯胺160t,有机颜料永固黄约60t、对氯吡唑酮约需80t。在医药工业中,利眠宁等药品产量每年在15-20t之间,生产这些药品约需对氯苯胺150t。1991年我国对氯苯胺出口量仅10t。
用途5:作染料中间体。
用途6:对氯苯胺用作偶氮染料及制造色酚AS-LB的中间体,也用作利眠宁,非那酊等医药中间体。

对氯苯胺制备
其制备方法是对硝基氯苯进行还原得到对氯苯胺,有铁粉还原、加氢还原和锌粉还原等几种方法。
铁粉还原法:
将对氯硝基苯、水和铁屑混合并加热至 95℃,对氯硝基苯完全溶化后滴加浓盐酸,调节滴加速度,使温度保持在25℃,滴加完毕后继续反应25h,冷却,加入过量氢氧化钠,使溶液呈碱性,蒸馏油层即得产品。
加氢还原法:
将对氯硝基苯和乙醇按质量比1∶1.5混合,加入兰尼镍 (由100目镍铝二元合金制得)作催化剂,于温度为 50~70℃、压力 2.94~3.43 MPa、介质 pH=5~6 的条件下,通氢气反应 2h,所得粗品在常压下蒸出乙醇和部分水,再减压蒸馏即得成品。
此外,也有将对氯硝基苯与锌粉在乙酸介质中进行还原,可以较高收率得到对氯苯胺,但锌粉价格较高。
