1.由正丁醇与氯化氢反应而得:正丁醇和浓盐酸在氯化锌存在下加热回流反应,将反应物用水洗涤、干燥,分馏,收集75-78.5℃馏分即为成品。原料消耗定额:正丁醇(95%)1600kg/t、盐酸(30%)2780kg/t。

2.其制备方法是将丁醇与氯化氢在催化剂ZnCl2存在下进行反应,反应结束后洗涤、干燥、分馏得产品。反应方程式:

3.由正丁醇与浓盐酸在无水氯化锌存在下共热而制得。

4.制法:

于3L反应瓶中,加入浓盐酸860mL,冷却下分批加入无水氯化锌1363g(10mol),摇动,以使氯化锌尽量溶解。加入正丁醇(2)371g(5mol)和几粒沸石。安装竖直向上的回流冷凝器,其顶端蒸馏装置,接受瓶用一只弯管连到气体吸收瓶,以吸收逸出的氯化氢气体。将油浴温度加热到150℃,溶液开始沸腾,并由1-氯丁烷蒸出。控制竖直向上的回流冷凝器的水的流速,使冷凝器的温度保持在75~80℃。待蒸出较慢时可缓慢提高浴温至165℃左右,直至基本无馏除外。馏出物依次用100mL冷水、50mL冷的浓硫酸(分四次)、水、10%的碳酸钠溶液洗涤,无水氯化钙干燥,蒸馏,收集75.5~77.5℃的馏分,得1-氯丁烷(1)355g,收率76%。
