正丁胺上下游产品

正丁胺制备

1、丁醇氨化法 将正丁醇蒸气和氨在常压下,在170-200℃下,通过加热的氧化铝、氧化钼等催化剂进行反应生成丁胺混合液,然后将产物经精馏分离,可得一、二、三丁胺成品。

2、丁醇氯化、氨化法 将乙醇、氨水及氯丁烷加入高压釜中,搅拌升温至85-95℃,压力约0.54-0.64MPa,保持6h,冷却,降压。将反应液加热,回收氨气,然后加入盐酸至pH=3-4,再回收乙醇,向此粗液中加入液碱至pH11-12,分出上层液,经蒸馏收集95℃以下馏分,得正丁胺成品,收率50%。原料消耗定额:氯丁烷(80%)3295kg/t、乙醇(95%)840kg/t、氨水(20%)1500kg/t、液氨546kg/t、盐酸(30%)1170kg/t、液碱(30%)4515kg/t、固碱1670kg/t。此外,本品也可直接用氯代正丁烷在乙醇中与氢氧化铵作用制得。

3、将丁醇、氨和氢气在170~200℃通过载体为白土的Cu-Ni催化剂,得到三种胺即正丁胺、二正丁胺和三正丁胺的混合物,将产物进行分馏而得到正丁胺、二正丁胺和三正丁胺的产品。反应方程式:C4H9OH+NH3[H2]→C4H9NH2[C4H9OH]→(C4H9)2NH[C4H9OH]→(C4H9)3N
或用丁醇为原料,经与氯化氢反应生成氯丁烷,将含氨的乙醇、氨水和氯丁烷压入高压釜搅拌升温至85~95℃,压力为539~637kPa,保持6h,冷却,反应完毕,将反应液加热回收氨气,然后加入盐酸至pH=3~4,再回收乙醇,于此粗液中加入碱液至pH=11~12,分出上层液,经蒸馏收集95℃以下馏分为正丁胺产品。反应方程式:C4H9OH+HCl→C4H9Cl+H2O
C4H9Cl+NH3[C2H5OH]→CH3(CH2)3NH2+HCl
