甲基庚烯酮制备
1、乙炔丙酮法 以乙炔、丙酮为原料首先制得甲基丁炔醇,后者还原成烯醇后与乙酰乙酸乙酯或二乙烯酮反应得甲基庚烯酮。
2、异丁烯法 以异丁烯为原料,与丙酮和甲醛在250℃、30MPa条件下一步合成α-甲基庚烯酮,然后在钯、羰基铁催化剂作用下加热转化得到甲基庚烯酮。以异丁烯、丙酮及甲醛为原料一步法合成得到甲基庚烯酮。在反应压力30MPa、反应温度310~320℃,异丁烯:丙酮:甲醛为5:4:1(摩尔比),反应停留时间115h的反应条件下,得到甲基庚烯酮的收率达34%(以进料甲醛为基准),时空收率达35g/(h·L)。研究结果表明,添加磷酸或烧碱均不能起到催化作用,反应温度越低,α-甲基庚烯酮与β-甲基庚烯酮的比值越高。由于该工艺是三分子之间的缩合反应,副反应较多,产品分离纯化要求较高。
3、异戊二烯法 该法由法国Rhodia公司首先提出,以异戊二烯为原料,与盐酸作用生成异戊烯氯,后者与丙酮反应成本品,是在无水体系中进行间歇反应过程。目前,Rhodia法已停止使用。日本可乐丽公司对该工艺进行了改进,采用季铵盐为相转移催化剂,在氢氧化钠水溶液中进行连续反应,该公司建有生产装置。
