柠檬醛制备
1.柠檬醛主要存在于山苍子油、柠檬草油、桉叶油、柠檬罗勒油、柠檬艾油和柑橘油中。主要是从这些精油中分离而得,也可以通过香叶醇和橙花醇的氧化制取。
山苍子等去杂粉碎蒸馏↓水蒸气分离
精油精馏粗产品精制↓NaHSO3产品
2. 以甲基庚烯酮为原料合成。甲基庚烯酮与乙氧基乙炔溴化镁缩合生成炔醇,经还原反应成烯醇醚,后者用磷酸水解和脱水而生成柠檬醛。
3.制法:
于压力容弹(高压釜)中加入香叶醇(2)1.42g(10mol),二苯酮1.82g(10mmol),双环戊二烯二氢锆(Cp2ZrH2)0.2mmol,氩气保护。于130℃反应6h。滤去催化剂,硅胶柱纯化,得化合物①(1),收率92%。注:①采用类似方法可以合成如下各种化合物(表I-7-1)。
