正己胺制备

1.由甲基正已基甲酮肟用五氯化磷处理而得。将甲基正已基甲酮肟于乙醚中用五氯化磷处理，然后加水搅匀后分层。重排生成的N-乙酰正乙胺溶在乙醚中，将乙醚层分出。蒸馏回收乙醚，剩余的油状液用氢氧化钾稀溶液水解，再进行蒸馏。收集130-133℃馏分即得己胺。
