二乙二醇乙醚用途
1.本品能溶解油类、脂肪、石蜡、染料、樟脑以及树脂、贝壳松香、乳香松香、山达香、虫胶等天然树脂和若干种合成树脂,可用于纤维素酯、漆的溶剂,也可用作稀释组成,快速干燥增光剂和搪瓷产品着色剂和木材染色剂。用作硝酸纤维素、树脂、印刷油墨、木材着色用染料等的溶剂。也用作汽车引擎洗涤剂、燃料添加剂、玻璃清洗剂、脱漆剂、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳化剂添加剂等。此外,也用于从乙炔中分离丙炔,以及纺织用皂、乙酸可的松等的制造。
2.高沸点溶剂,具有溶解油脂、脂肪、石蜡、染料、樟脑以及象壳松脂、乳香、山达脂、虫胶等天然树脂和合成树脂的功能,可作为合成树脂基料组分及油漆溶剂。也是硝化纤维素油漆和其他合成染料、烤漆、快速干燥印刷油墨溶剂及稀释剂。还可用作矿物油皂和矿物油硫化油混合物的互溶剂及纤维染色剂以及制造指甲油的原料。
3.由于既有羟基又有醚基,具有极好的溶解性能,是最为典型的工业用溶剂,在洗涤剂工业中用作汽车发动机清洗剂、玻璃清洗剂、涂料去除剂、去污斑剂等,还用于纤维素、树脂、涂料、喷漆、油墨的溶剂。

二乙二醇乙醚制备
1.环氧乙烷法先往反应器中加入无水乙醇、三氟化硼-乙醚溶液,再加入环氧乙烷。当反应温度升至45℃时,冷却,控制反应温度在70℃以下。反应完成后,经中和、减压蒸馏,收集90℃(0.1MPa)以下的馏分,即得成品。
2、二甘醇法由二甘醇和硫酸二乙酯反应制得。
3、在乙二醇单乙醚的工业生产中,可将生成的乙二醇单乙醚继续与环氧乙烷反应,可得产品二甘醇单乙醚。
精制方法:一般含有30%的乙二醇、乙二醇一乙醚、三甘醇一乙醚以及少量的水和酸等。单用分馏难以除去乙二醇,需要同时采用溶剂分离的方法。为此将750mL苯和5mL水加入250 g试样中,摇动后静置10 分钟,准确测水层的体积。最初体积有所增加,重复操作数次,至体积不再增加为止。再进行分馏可得纯净的二甘醇一乙醚。
