乙酸辛酯制备

1.由辛醇与乙酸酯化而得。将32.5kg辛醇、16kg乙酸、19kg苯和250g硫酸搅拌均匀。加热进行酯化。回收苯约13kg后，冷至30℃以下，用5%的碳酸钠溶液洗去酸性，再用水洗。用无水碳酸钠干燥24h以上，然后进行分馏，收集210-215℃馏分即为乙酸正辛酯。

2.由正辛醇和醋酸酐经酸催化酯化得到。
