乙酸铵制备

1.由冰醋酸与氨作用而得。

取适量的80%～85%醋酸溶液，用水冷却下通入氨气，直至溶液的pH值为6.5～7.3。反应温度应保持在60℃以下。反应完全后，冷却至30℃，晶体析出，趁热抽滤。含量可达98%。

2.取适量冰醋酸置于水浴上加热至40～50℃，在搅拌下加入固体碳酸铵，至显碱性为止。减压浓缩，晶体放在素烧磁板上干燥。

可用下法配制醋酸铵溶液（CAS RN：801361.4）：用1g碳酸铵和20mL 6%醋酸制备，得到无色清亮溶液，对石蕊显酸性。醋酸铵含量为6.5%～7.5%。可用于测定铅、铁，或从其他硫酸盐中分离出硫酸铅。
