十二酰氯制备

由月桂酸与氯化亚砜反应而得。将氯化亚砜滴加到月桂酸中，加热至75 ℃ ，搅拌反应2h，再升温至90 ℃ ，回流2h。然后将反应混合物进行分馏，先减压蒸除过量的氯化亚砜，再收集146-150 ℃ （2.13-2.27kPa）馏分，即为十二酰氯。收率约80%。
